3 Bdr, Modular,on an acre of land,quite residential area, lots trees and nice shade,set up for vacation rental rental only we do not live on premise! one mile from major marina, Alberta Creek Marina and close to the best beach area around, Washita Point. Other marinas close by , great area to bicycle. beautiful golf coarse 7 miles away,lots lake access and boat and jet ski rental close! so no matter if staying for work ,play,family gathering ,fishing or water sports this is the spot!

3 bedrooms with new bedsone full & one twin bed in each. Except for master it has 1 full and 2 twins ,Kitchen furnished with cookware, table settings , toaster, coffee pot, microwave, range,refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, picnic table 40" TV , central heat & Air, 2 full baths tub with shower. On one acre lot. One mile from Alberta Creek major marina, close to Washita Point sandy beach,( nicest sandy beach around),Other marinas close by. close to golf course. Texoma is a great lake to boat or fish. Seven guides. Great place for family get togethers. Quiet community.
