Positive: From check-in to check-out Irina was so welcoming and helpful. This was a last minute stay, due to my son breaking his arm and needing to stay in the local hospital. Irina was flexible with booking parameters, there was a chance my son may or may not have needed to stay; when we realised he was going to be discharged earlier, there was no problem setting the room up accordingly and adding a breakfast for him. The room was superb, modern appliances, super clean & beds were very comfortable (best sleep we’d had in a week). I just wish I had my skis so I could hit the slopes, just a quick 2min walk down the road. It was a pleasant wander into the town, I taxied back. Dinner was delicious and breakfast a sufficient variety.

Summary: Lovely modern, clean rooms, with luxury appliances & amenities, and the most comfortable beds.
