Located near the Village of Walloon (The Foot), we are one of the few properties located right on the water with sunset views, flat yard, and sand beach/lake bottom. Less than a mile from the Village of Walloon, we are located just 6 miles from Boyne City, 7 miles from Boyne Mountain Ski Resort and 9 miles from Petoskey (with nearby Boyne Highlands). This lake front cottage is a three season rental for for spring flowers, summer sun, and the fall color tour. golf and wine tasting at any of these times!

the cottage features five bedrooms and three full bathrooms Three bedrooms upstairs (two queen beds and a bunkie room for the kids with double bunks) share a full bath with original claw foot tub and updated shower. Master bedroom on the first floor has full en suite bath featuring walk in shower with grab bars and bench for seated bathing. sitting area for morning coffee and lake view office just off the master as well!
