Single family 3 bedroom is located on lovely dead end road. Walk to Newbury Harbor where kids can jump off dock and play in the sand or enjoy Bubba's for dinner, ice cream or drinks. The walk is sort of uphill on the way back, but only one group has ever complained.

Summary: This was the shortest overnight just to rest our heads before an early awakening for a morning hike. If I had know about this place when my children were small this would have been our go to spot for our annual vacations. Beautiful location. Completely kid friendly house. When you walk in it has that damp smell and you think, oh no, is this going to be ok? And then you walk upstairs into the primary living space and it’s completely lovely and you remind yourself this is a lake house in the summer time. I would definitely come back again.
