this cute comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is within walking distance to a wonderful township park on east grand traverse bay with a nice beach for swimming, boat launch, playground, grills, picnic tables and more Set on a quiet private wooded dead end street. The cottage offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, central air, wifi. The kitchen is being completely remodeled as we speak. New cabinets, stone counter tops and all NEW appliances.. Sit on the large deck and enjoy the peace and quiet of Northern Michigan. This cottage is just a 10-15 minute drive to the Traverse City Horse Shows, and not far from Traverse City or the quaint harbor town of Elk Rapids.

available to rent june 1 to july 1st, july 1st to august 1st, august 1st to sept 1 and beyond
for summer rentals, we will require a mid stay clean as well as one at the end of the stay
