the property is on the ground floor and is spread over one floor; it is composed of a large living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; double bedroom plus single bed with en-suite bathroom with shower; double room; small bedroom with single bed; another bathroom with shower The house is completely fenced and has an outdoor area in front of the house equipped for outdoor dining, complete with gazebo, accessed via an electric gate. Renovation works were completed in April 2022. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net (except for the French windows).
