Other community features is it has walking access to the prestigious Thunderbird Country Club through a tunnel via a private walkway from Thunderbird Villas to Thunderbird Heights (tunnel and club access are exclusively for members or guests of this private Country Club), across the street on Highway 111 there is a large dog trail (Butler-Abrams Trail) which leads to a dog park, and it's close to Eisenhower Medical Center/ The River restaurant and shopping plaza/El Paseo luxury shopping and dining.
spacious 1,818 sq ft freshly painted home with master bedroom on one side of the house and two other bedrooms on the other side There is a large living room next to the kitchen featuring a large 80” TV with Amazon Firestick (Prime, Hulu TV including local channels, Netflix, HBO, etc.). The kitchen features slab granite counters, a breakfast bar, updated fixtures, newer stainless-steel appliances, and under countertop mounted stainless-steel sink. The kitchen opens to the living room with dramatic open beam, vaulted wood ceilings, and a gas burning adobe style fireplace. The indoor dining area features double sliding glass doors and plantation shutters leading to the rear patio outdoor dining and comfort relaxation area. Kitchen includes cookware, microwave, fridge, toaster, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, air fryer, electric hot plate, over, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than six people. There is also a hot water kettle, blender, pots & pans, and more. Bar amenities and drink ware are included to enjoy your favorite beverages. ideal bedding for up to six adults The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private exit door to the courtyard area. The Master also includes an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and an exit to the beautiful private courtyard area. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and 23” Smart TV with Amazon Firestick (Prime, Hulu TV including local channels, Netflix, HBO, etc.) along with en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom #3 has a king foldout sofa bed, 23” Smart TV (Prime, Hulu TV including local channels, Netflix, HBO, etc.), sliding doors to access the rear patio, work desk (newly put in and not shown in picture), and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All three bedrooms feature stunning open beam ceilings. Slab granite counters adorn all three bathrooms.
there is high speed cable internet at 300mbps throughout the home and a well working thermostat to keep the home nice and cool during your stay There is a washer and dryer as well for guest use in the garage. Guests can park in the two-car garage and there are also two driveway parking spots for use. HOA does not allow for street parking.
one of the fifteen community pools are heated each year on a rotating basis If you would like the pool right next to Villa Valencia heated the cost is $500 per month paid in advance so we have time to schedule with the HOA.

- commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.
- quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors
- small dogs allowed with a non-refundable $100 fee per dog Please pick up after them and do not allow them on any bedding or furniture.
- post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
