little havana is a little neighborhood oasis that exists in the heart of miami It’s a very prime location to be in as it gives quick access to all of Miami. Nestled right near Brickell, Coconut Grove, and the Miami River- Little Havana certainly has a lot of character and brings a lot of great Miami energy. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and is filled with some amazing restaurants and cafes. Calle Ocho, which is walking distance has become a very popular scene and tourist attraction that we highly advise you check out. You are also very close to the Miami River that is lined with some of Miami’s most popular venues. Loan Depot Stadium (Marlins Stadium) is also in Little Havana so if you have any events there our property is super convenient.
villa tranquillo features a pool and hot tub and a fully private, fenced in back yard The pool and hot tub are cleaned multiple times per week to ensure its clean and sanitized for your stay. The landscapers also come once a week to ensure the exterior is precisely manicured. The house has a fully covered outdoor dining space to enjoy meals outside or a BBQ. There is plenty of outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the relaxing Miami sun.

pool cleaning: pool cleaning company comes twice a week usually on mondays and thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed If you arrive at the property and the pool or hot tub is not cleaned to your standard please reach out and we can send someone.
pool: please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool.
garbage: the city of miami removes garbage every tuesday and friday morning We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.
parties & events: we do not allow parties, receptions or events The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees.
parking: 1-2 cars can be parked into the driveway through front gate Free parking on street.
pets: pets are allowed If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.
cameras: these are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler
