French windows give access to the garden. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub and a guest bathroom with washer-dryer. From the entrance, stairs lead up to the first floor, composed of a double bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, also with shower and tub, a third double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom with tub with shower.

Continuing along in the pool, down the submerged steps, you come to the deepest part, an infinity area with a view of the historic centre of Peccioli. On the side of the pool near the stone tower is an emotional waterfall with chromotherapy. Lined in emerald-coloured PVC, with salt purification and internal lighting, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
