A charming, recently restored country villa, on the hillside close to Assisi and Perugia. This house, with a private, salt-water swimming pool, is an idyllic holiday destination at any time of year.

The loggia provides a shady outdoor dining space and there is also an outdoor kitchen where guests can barbeque. The front door leads into an open-plan living area with comfortable armchairs, a sofa and flatscreen TV. The open-plan kitchen is separated by a half wall, and has a wooden dining table for more casual meals. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster.
