Positive: Very helpful host, he came to pick us up from the port, helped with the luggage on our way out, gave tips and was overall available. There were also some snacks in the fridge, which was very thoughtful (2 bars, 2 juices, 2 croissants) and coffee available for our stay The location of the property is really convenient, in between all spots of interest, walking distance, despite the fact that when in Spetses you come prepared to walk The room was spacious

Negative: There could be a curtain in the shower, as water gets splashed everywhere and it is slippery, but it was not a problem at all, I guess we could ask for more floor mats and it would be ok
