Surronded by 4000sqm private garden with centenarians olive trees, on the promontory 150m far from the sea a flat greek style villa. 10 min walking from the Syvota village. Arkoudi, Atoko and Meganisi islands frame the seaview from the terrace. A 200 sqm flat built on a rectangular deck (30m x 20m) averagely five feet above the ground. The deck rises and surrounds the building, forming a veranda where enjoy nature of the olive grove with the noise of the sea breaking a hundred meters far, in the shadow of the pergolas, with all the comforts of home at your fingertips. Inside four spacious bedrooms, each with private bathroom (shower and bidet) and french door to the veranda, are connected by an open space with kitchen and living room. The villa is accessible by elderly or handicapped people. The main staircase that access to the veranda and to the house is large and comfortable and has a slide for any wheelchairs or prams. The garden is also easy to explore developing along an almost flat area. The bay with the village of Sivota is 500m away at a 10 minutes walking distance via a footpath through olive groves which goes back to the village church; alternately by car via 1 mile of paved road (not to mention the first 200m nevertheless well maintained and driveable with any type of car). If you prefer to remain at home, you can walk down the paths of the garden among olive trees, sagebrush, purnari and oleanders. Or go to the terrace, which has the same size of the house!
