The house has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a double bed on the gallery. There are three bathrooms.
Furthermore, Villa Marko offers a separate complete living apartment (separate from the house) including living room, sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and private bathroom. A total of 8 persons can live in Villa Marko.

The villa has a large terrace with private heated pool of 24sqm, covered patio and barbecue, high quality garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas. View of the open sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar, in the background the Biokovo Mountains rise up to 1.762m.
The living area is 220m² and all areas are fully air conditioned. For cooler seasons, there is a fireplace in the living room and underfloor heating throughout the house.
Parking for several cars are reserved directly in front of the house on own property only for our guests.
On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 persons, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the exit to the terrace.

On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a terrace. At the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed.
In the basement there is a spacious tavern. The konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 20 people, its own fireplace which can also be used as a grill. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet.

Dependance: this detached holiday apartment is located 3m behind the house and has comfort for 2 persons: a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine.

Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
