Positive: I've stayed in many luxury hotels, but this one was miles ahead of them all. Our room was very large and had a beautiful view. It was also immaculately clean throughout our entire stay. The pool area was clean with stunning views, they brought us water by the pool each day. Breakfast was delicious, there was a large buffet and eggs cooked to order. It was also in a beautiful location on the balcony overlooking the river. We ate lunch at the hotel every day and it was also delicious, cocktails at the bar were enjoyable too. They had live music one evening but sadly we missed it. They have a small bus which takes you to/from Florence center throughout the day which was very helpful. Staff throughout the hotel were attentive and friendly. Despite a little rain, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can't wait to visit again!

Negative: Just a couple tiny points: I asked for a dinner recommendation in Florence but was given a book with about 30+ choices. A smaller list or personal recommendation would have been helpful. It would be nice for the hot foods at breakfast (sausage, bacon and potatoes) to also be cooked to order or kept warmer.
