Villa Iride is an independent property located between the towns of Casarano and Melissano, with a good connection to the state road that leads to the most renowned seaside resorts in the province and also to places with enchanting historic centres where you can admire old buildings and works of timeless charm. Privacy and relaxation are guaranteed by the location of the property and by its large outdoor areas which are for the exclusive use of the guests: ideal, both in the solarium area and around the beautiful turquoise swimming pool, for relaxing in the open air and enjoying a cool drink or a good book whilst sitting comfortably in the shade of the adjacent portico. The lawn surrounding the solarium, together with the ornamental plants framed by architectonic elements in local stone, creates this enchanting atmosphere that Villa Iride reserves for its guests, both outdoors and indoors in the large, brightly-lit rooms.
Interior:
The large, brightly-lit interior of Villa Iride is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor, embellished by wooden parquet flooring and architectonic glass elements, is an open-plan area with brightly-lit windows facing the outdoor areas, and composed of an elegant and comfortable sitting room with TV area and a dining area. On the same floor is the large, welcoming kitchen followed by a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. The corridor leads to the sleeping area with four bedrooms, two double, both with en-suite bathroom with shower, and two single sharing a bathroom with shower. A large, elegant wooden staircase, with balustrades and transparent glass elements, leads down to the basement where a hallway, furnished with a sofa bed, leads to a big open-plan area with large sliding windows facing the surrounding outdoor area. In this large, brightly-lit space is an elegant sitting room with TV area and a large, bright kitchen with dining area. On the same floor are also two bedrooms, one double, with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower head, and another double with a 1,40 m wide bed with adjacent bathroom with shower. Also on this floor is a mini gym equipped with multi-purpose equipment, a sauna, a whirlpool tub and a bathroom with shower and tub. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Park:
The property extends for about 20,000 m and the park, enclosed partly with stone walls and partly with fencing, contains tall trees, some decorative and some providing shade, and numerous hedges that delimit the perimeter of the house and the large, level solarium area. The various shades of green, together with the beautiful floral colours that adorn various areas of the park, especially in spring, create a harmonious union with the architectonic elements in local stone that are present here and there and act as a frame for the beautiful turquoise-coloured swimming pool, inviting guests to enjoy a relaxing stay with maximum privacy. The villa is also furnished with a large paved external dining area with table, chairs, stone barbecue and external living.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The splendid swimming pool of Villa Iride lies at the back of the house and is the absolute protagonist of the park, with its location guaranteeing guests the highest level of privacy. MeasurIng 17,5 x 5,5 m with the depth varying from 1,2 to 3 m, it is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification; access to the water is via Roman steps on the side towards the portico and via a steel ladder on the opposite side. Near the pool there is also a cold-water outdoor shower. Comfortable deck chairs and sunbeds are set out next to the white wooden corner portico, the perfect spot for enjoying a cool drink or a good book in absolute tranquillity while taking a break from soaking in the enchanting swimming pool which, for dimension and colour, guarantees guests comfort and relaxation. The surrounding lawn blends in with the background of the walls in local stone and the adjoining park, creating a pleasant atmosphere both during the day and in the evening, when the lighting enhances the scenery, providing guests with unforgettable moments.
Pets:On request. € 45,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
