At the rear of the mill is a floating terrace; an idyllic spot overlooking trees, hills and below a shallow stream where children will enjoy themselves. The grounds are surprisingly adventurous for children, who have plenty of room to play and run around. Older children can also enjoy the table tennis table. There is a herb garden and also vegetables are grown which you may use for the preparation of your meals. The swimming pool is fenced and equipped with a (temperature dependent) pool heater and a mobile cover. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace and there is an outdoor shower. Inside the mill it is pleasantly cool. It is a joy to be here. At the fireplace there is a comfortable sitting area with a large TV and a dining table as an extension. A striking detail in the natural stone floor; a thick glass plate offers a view of a small river (with lighting) which flows under the house, you can see the fish swim! The beautiful and spacious kitchen is excellently equipped. Between the kitchen and the living room is a beautiful art-deco bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed There is a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The fifth bedroom has a double bed and there are stairs to a mezzanine (with 3 mattresses). On this floor are also the two other comfortable bathrooms. As a reserve, but very nice, there is a small house next to the mill, the old rabbit hutch; a cheerfully furnished space where two single beds stand on an elevation. A little further on is a wooden house (toilet and washbasin).
