The master bedroom is also located here with an adjoining balcony, bathroom and en suite. It has a bath, shower, spacious double washbasin, toilet and bidet. On the middle floor is the spacious living room with separate dining area with large table and a large fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The rear wall of the house is fully glazed, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic view from every corner of the room. The main balcony is adjacent to the living room and can be accessed through sliding doors. Here you will find the private swimming pool, where the spacious lounge area invites you to relax and unwind. Finally, the lower floor offers space for two bedrooms, each with two single beds, adjacent to a spacious balcony that can be accessed through French doors. Opposite is the second bathroom with bath and shower, spacious double washbasin, toilet and bidet.
