Villa Dundas is a luxurious, modern, beautifully located villa with pool, privately situated with panoramic views of the mountains, Mojacar Pueblo and out to sea but only a few minutes drive to the beaches and golf courses. The spacious and luxurious accommodation comprises of a palm lined private driveway leading to a covered car port. The outside covered and beamed terraces with various seating areas lead through double wooden doors into a large open plan small lounge and dining area with open plan fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a log burner for those cooler winter evenings. Large windows overlook the surrounding countryside and doors lead out onto the covered terraces and pool terrace. An arched hallway leads from this area to the lounge with large sofas, TV and brickwork fireplace with a wood burning stove. On this ground floor level are two double bedrooms, one ensuite with ample wardrobe and storage space. There is a small single bedroom and 2 bathrooms to service these further two bedrooms. Stairs lead from the hallway to the Master bedroom with dressing area and large bathroom. Doors lead out onto a large sunny terrace. The outside covered terraces and pool terrace are furnished with tables, chairs, settees and sun loungers. There is a large built in barbeque perfect for those tranquil summer evenings. The Villa is fully airconditioned. Free WiFi is included in all weekly rentals. Spanish and English TV is available. This villa is available for longer out of season rental at special rates.
