the villa has two floors The entrance on the ground floor leads into the open-plan living room with fully-equipped kitchen with peninsula, dining and sitting area: the area is connected to the external veranda, overlooking the sea, via a large French window. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. An internal staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor consisting of a double bedroom with large terrace overlooking the sea and swimming pool, two single bedrooms (one with balcony) with queen size beds and a bathroom with shower.
