Located in one of the finest locations in Sayulita, Villa Concordia is truly one of the areas most convenient and tasteful homes. Villa Concordia was featured in the August 2005 vacation issue of California Homes Magazine and was used as the location for the filming of the “Territory Ahead” Clothing Company Catalogue. It was also the choice of the House Hunters International staff and crew while filming recent episodes, and gave us a glowing review. Located on Calle Marlin overlooking the charming Plaza, Villa Concordia has unsurpassed views of the Bay Of Sayulita , from the point to the beaches and coves to the North , while having the unusual advantage of being a 2-5 minute walk to the best restaurants, groceries , the beach and surf spots, making it totally unnecessary to have a car. The architecture is in the tropical vernacular of West Coast Mexico’s best coastal homes with thatched palapa roof, curving lines and large open common areas. The main house is three stories with a large air conditioned kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to create a gourmet meal. Walk up curving stairs to three large bedrooms all with king size beds with two full bathrooms and one half bath. Enjoy the expansive view from beneath the palapa of the rooftop “mirador” with its own wet bar and half bath. In addition to the main house there are two additional bedrooms up tiled stairs from the palapa great room, the upstairs, palapa roofed room has a king size bed and the downstairs bedroom has two full beds and it’s own private patio with a detached separate bathroom and shower. In addition there is a separate apartment with full bath, small refrigerator and a full bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned. We have daily maid service and gardener every day but Sunday.

we have recently completed a 10' x 12' infinity edge plunge pool off the main palapa great room and next to the kitchen with amazing view where one may soak while watching the fisherman coming and going in their “pangas"check out the action at the surf break or enjoy the annual migration of the whales We have the fastest wifi in Sayulita with enough band width to stream movies or television a rarity in Sayulita. Notice to our guests we have motion security cameras on the ingress and egress of our property which record 5 second clips of movement on the stairs and access to the main door they are very similar to wildlife cameras. This is for your own security and is in no way meant to be invasive. There are absolutely no cameras on the interior of the house or in any of the rooms. We also have signs posted on the walled exterior of the Villa announcing the presence of the cameras as well. Most of the vacation homes in Sayulita have these cameras as one would have at almost any hotel. Description of camera locations;1st camera under main palapa on ground floor aiming at the front door and stairs leading up to front door access. 2nd camera is pointed to the entrance stairway, the camera is attached to a palm tree,3rd camera is leading up stairway near the steps leading up to access to the third story. palapa. These cameras are aimed at stairs and doorways and not general gathering areas or at the pool. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are Blink cameras which record 5 second clips of anyone trying to access principle access areas after breaching the walled complex. We also encourage our guests not to invite unknown people met on the beach or in bars or restaurants to the villa or the premises, this is for your own security. We don't permit parties at the house or loud music, in respect to our neighbors in a residential neighborhood. We have cleaning, maid and gardening service 6 days a week, we are one of the few rental locations in Sayulita to offer this level of cleaning staff all included at no extra fee. Villa Concordia is a great choice for a large family or several couples. In addition we have available a 2nd house in the same compound, Casa Marbella recently remodeled with modern amenities and is very comfortable..
