An additional lower-level covered terrace with access to the interior has alfresco dining area with a built-in barbecue, each terrace yielding immaculate sea views. Entered though a sliding glass door the interior displays lovely color patterns, natural wood features, wood floors and clean white walls giving the space a sense of subtle elegance. The very top level consists of a living area with a flat screen TV, a contemporary fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for six. The middle floor houses three double bedrooms, two of which are ensuite.And the 1stlevel has a large playroom equipped with toys for the little ones.
