Designed by the French-Lebanese architect Fabrice Bejjani, the villa stands out for its essential architectural lines and large windows that promote continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Furnished to ensure maximum modern comfort, the main house has a large living area with lounge and dining room, kitchen and three double bedrooms; a fourth double bedroom with private bathroom is located in the independent annex. Highlights include the shaded outdoor dining area, the stone lounge area next to the pool, and sunset views across the countryside to the sea.

the 6000 sqm garden is mostly flat and surrounded by olive trees, carob trees, prickly pears, palm trees and flowering shrubs Between the main house and the annex there is a shaded relaxation area with a brick bench and a pergola. The kitchen opens directly onto the paved terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The garden beyond the pool has been kept in its natural state. The parking area, located near the entrance gate, can accommodate up to three cars. N.B.: Please note that photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

The internal and external lighting allows it to be used even in the evening. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
