Positive: The property was exceptionally clean and well presented, had all the necessary equipment for a home with the added bonus of washing products such as body wash, shampoo, washing up liquid and detergent. The house was spacious with three large bedrooms where extras could be added, such as a cot, two bathrooms and a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area. The outdoor space for outside dining was large, private and comfortable. The property itself was very secure behind a locked gate, private parking with locked access and a pool with locked access for the block of houses. A little extra bonus was the balcony from the third floor bedroom amazing views, which also housed an en-suite bathroom, a single and double bed. The smallest of the rooms boasted a bed with built in draws and side desk which my son loved as it also housed a pull out bed under if needed. The owner was in constant contact if we needed when we had any questions and was happy to help.
Negative: Personally the beds on the third floor were too hard for us but that is a personal preference. The owners were happy to accommodate our request for a cot for our two year old which was placed on the third floor as the property was advertised as family friendly for all ages however the stairs are marble and the banister wide spread which posed a risk as there was no stair gate at the bottom of the stairs which was in the lounge area. We were continually blocking her from going up them by herself. If a stair gate was placed at the bottom it would have been perfect. The swimming pool also didn’t have a shallow end so not really child friendly.
