Villa Al Fresco offers superb outdoor living areas in a tranquil setting but is close to the lovely town of Guia with its great selection of local restaurants and café bars.
the villa has recently undergone some renovations offers charming and cozy accommodation for up to 10 people (maximum 8 adults + 2 children/adolescents)
please be informed that this villa has been partiality refurbished - the two bathrooms (although they are fully functional and clean) are not refurbished yet
also be advised that this villa is a country side house that accepts pets from our guests The owners have one very friendly white cat that lives outside, but sometimes gets into the house during day time. The cat has his own space where he gets is food twice a day and also fresh water. Guests do not need to feed him but may pet him if they wish has the cat is very sweet.
entering the main villa, the new white fitted kitchen is spacious and features a large centre island with an electric hob and and automatic extractor hood /fan There are also an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, 3 types of coffee machines and an electric hand whisk. There are ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery for preparing meals. The laundry area houses a combination washing machine with dryer and iron/ironing board. There is a door accessing the the pool area, outdoor dining area and BBQ.
the dining area offers a large table with bench seating and a flat screen tv Doors open out onto a lovely terrace area.
the living area where there are ample seats/sofas, tv with choice of some english-speaking channels (netflix and disney channel is also available) and air conditioning A 1 Gb speed fiber WiFi is available inside and outside the property with some sockets (RJ45) available in the kitchen allows direct, and faster access to the network. The traditional woven bamboo effect high ceiling is a beautiful feature of this bright and airy room. Doors lead out on to a rear terrace and the main front terrace and swimming pool area.
down a couple of steps there are two bedrooms and a bathroom Both these bedrooms have 2 x single beds, small fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower over.
open style stairs (in the living room) lead to the master suite on the first floor, with double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning There are also one private terrace offering views over the gardens. The master suite has a private bathroom (with bathtub / shower over).
externally is where you will want to spend your time as the grounds of the villa are quite spectacular offering numerous different seating or lounging areas and the most fabulous huge shaded dining area! there is a charcoal bbq and small sink and different level terraces around the swimming pool give the grounds a real quirky feel
there are also grassed areas and gardens with beautiful local shrubs and plants
within the grounds is a separate studio apartment which has been totally refurbished It comprises of an open plan living area with 2 pull out beds, air conditioning, a kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a shower room.
outside the kitchen you find an electric car charger for guests use during their stay The usage of the charging station is subject to fees based on the consumed electricity. This will be charged on the checkout day by the agency and must be paid in cash.
guests are required to request to the agency to turn on the power socket to be able to charge their car Please note this is the only socket available (and authorized) for cars charging. Any others sockets are not fit for car charging and can damage the main electric board. Guest are responsible for any misuse of the car charging.
costs will be given to guests based on current market prices which change on a monthly base nonetheless are on average half of the public charging stations
the grounds are completely fenced, and access is via electric gates There is ample outdoor parking for at least 5 vehicles.

if your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included
if you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 euros per request
this is a self-catering property We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
please note, for reservations from people under the age of 24 years, a 200 euro security deposit each person will be payable in cash at check in This would be refunded after an inspection and cleaning of the villa, providing everything was Ok, up until 10 days after check out via bank transfer.
