Positive: Lovely hotel with a beautiful interior design and fairly spacious room size. Friendly staff, and an amicable proprietor. Good location, close to the city centre. Highly recommended.

Negative: Aircon in my room wasn't great. Not super chill aircon but good enough to reduce discomfort from the tropical climate.
