- the apartment has inverter backup incase of any occasional power outages that occur in goa
- being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property
- late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay
- linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable.
- we provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request
- food/grocery deliveries will have to be collected from the community gate and will not be delivered to the doorstep as per community rules
