-quiet time 10 pm - 8 am
-only registered guests may occupy the home
-a rental contract must be signed & each guest’s name must be provided
-primary tenant must be at least 25 years of age, staying at the property, and provide a valid id
-guests must share the backyard amenities with 1 other unit next door (at no time are pets allowed in the shared backyard)

***we do our absolute best to keep the property and surrounding yard clean, well-maintained, pest-controlled, and in good working order for each guest's stay Despite our best efforts, there may be an occasional critter sighting inside or outside of the house such as: ants, spiders, moths, flies, mosquitos, and cockroaches. Outside in the yard, you may also see birds, rabbits, snakes, scorpions, lizards, squirrels, mice, and bats.
on rare occasions, there may be an item in the house such as an appliance, a piece of furniture, an electronic, a/c unit, internet, or other utility that may not be in perfect working condition Please contact us immediately about any issues and we will try and resolve them as quickly as possible. :).
