this is a historic 136 year old home! please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks Kindly note the living areas in this unit are small. There is a dining table in the corner of the room that seats about 2–3 people.
this home has two window ac units, one in each bedroom window There is NO central AC in this unit.
the backyard and laundry amenities are shared amenities To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located on the side of the house.
for safety, security cameras are installed outside the property No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.
smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500
