Come stay at our cozy studio while you enjoy all the outdoor activities that Grand County offers. This NOT a short term rental. Looking for mid (30 or more days) to long term renters.
the studio is right next to ski granby ranch where you can ski and snowboard during winter and hike or mountain bike during the summer There is also a golf course there.
there are three lakes in the area, lake granby, shadow mountain lake and grand lake that are within a short drive
winter park ski resort is a 25 minute drive away from the studio, and finally there is the awesome rocky mountain national park in the area as well So plenty of stress relieving activities for you and your family. so come on, get out of the city and take a breather!
within the studio there is a queen sized murphy bed But if you have one of two more people with you, feel free to bring some sleeping bags and mattress pads. There are four pillows available for use.
there's a small kitchen with some plates and silverware, dining table, a composite wood burning fireplace and patio for your use You are however not allowed to BBQ or grill on the patio.
we have tiled kitchen, entryway and bathroom floors A clean bathroom to shower in and we have four towels and wash cloths in case you forgot to bring yours. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet.
we will provide clean towels and bedding linen so please, once you have used them, place them in the left side of the closet Also, if you have used any dishes, please load them in the dishwasher. The dish-washing powder is under the kitchen sink.

within the inn at silvercreek, you have a couple of amenities Ample parking space out back so park next to Door C once you get your magnetic keys from the front desk. We'll let the front desk know that you are arriving. Go up Door C to the second floor and the studio is on your left.
there's a small workout room on the first floor with racket ball courts next to it We have a pair of rackets and some balls in the closet. There's a indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub there too. Pool towels can be requested at the front desk.
check-in times is after 3 pm and check-out times are 11 am
because we privately own this studio, the front desk will not offer you any services besides directions Pool and hot tub hours are 9 am to 10 pm. Gym hours are 6 am to 10 pm. You will need your magnetic keys to access the amenities so don't forget them.
wireless internet is available throughout the building Closest ice machine is at Door D on the ground floor. Smoking is not allowed in the studio or patio. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
