Your Vegas Getwaway is waiting for you here at our gorgeous home dressed with everything youll need. Mutiple beds to sleep up to 12 guests. Large Pool to enjoy the hot summer days and plenty of space to make great memories.
master bedroom had a king bed and a custom walk in grand shower 2 additonal rooms with three more queen beds and 3 bath total. We designed the home with dual livingrooms one for entertainment and gathering and the other for seperate living spaces with two pull out couches.

dog run on the side of the yard for your furry friends and lots of outside seating around the backyard pool and bbq

house rules:
occupancy limits: maximum of 12 guests at any time Additional guests (beyond 10) incur a fee of $60 per night per person. Extra guests without prior approval may result in additional charges.
parking: limit of 3 cars Use the 2-car garage if possible (remotes are in the kitchen).
pool: heater must be turned off immediately after use Heating costs $150 per day. If left on, a $600 fee applies. Approval from the owner required for heating.
pets:
pets must be disclosed prior to booking Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine. Liability for any issues caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility. Service animals must be disclosed and may incur additional charges.
hoa/community guidelines: including quiet hours starting at 10 pm
late check-out is $80 per hour after 11 am Trash must be placed on the curb by Wednesday morning and returned within 8 hours. Failure to do so incurs a $125 fee for third-party pickup.
