Positive: We have wonderful memories of our stay at Vegas Resort in Malta! First and foremost, the fantastic hotel staff deserve huge praise. We would like to extend special thanks to the manager, Loredana Mangone, who truly looked after us—from helping resolve tricky logistical issues to ensuring we could fully enjoy our vacation and have a wonderful time in Malta. We also really appreciate the help we received from Gabriele at reception! It is a truly cohesive, professional, and incredibly friendly team. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and very pleasant. They serve a good buffet breakfast, and the hotel bar offers delicious coffee and excellent drinks. The pool area is a fantastic spot for both relaxation and fun, as well as for meeting interesting people. The location is also great—restaurants, shops, and the beach are all nearby, so everything you need for a holiday is practically right on your doorstep. We highly recommend Vegas Resort!
Negative: Everything I was unhappy with was resolved by the hotel manager.
Summary: We had a great time; Hotel Vegas is a good choice.
