In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 1 km long bumpy, narrow motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Animals in the neighbourhood. The owner uses the basement floor of the house 3/4 times a week for a few hours during the day to take care of the countryside and the animals.
