Positive: Location is just amazing, it is a hidden paradise. The play is very clean and the design is beautiful.

Negative: The communication was disappointing. The manager tried to charge me twice for the VAT, and when I requested corrections to my invoice, I never received an updated version. They also didn’t honor the late check-out that Booking had confirmed for me, and gave me a different check-out time than the one clearly stated in the room. The administration seems quite disorganized, and I ended up wasting a lot of time explaining very basic things. Another downside was the cleaning lady playing loud corridos, which made it hard to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of what should have been a paradise.

Summary: The place is just gorgeous, but the owners had to work on some issues.
