Hi, this auxiliary apartment is best suitable for a professional looking to relocate or have short term contract in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. It is located on a very quiet street with only six houses - it is a family area. The space is only large enough for one person - not couples. Guests/children are welcome to visit, but not an extended amount of time. not extended guests, couples, or children. The backyard is under construction, but the pool is open.
we are opening up our auxiliary apartment (in-suite) of our modest family home located in the heart of the riverland neighborhood in the city of fort lauderdale to traveling nurses The only occupants of the main house are me (the owner), my son two rescue dogs that stay inside 90% of the time, and cats that come and go like it is a hotel. The apartment is a private space meaning it has its separate entrance from the main portion of the house. The only common area is the utility room and backyard pool. We keep mostly to ourselves but are happy to help with any needs or questions you may have. I am a single mom and gradually making improvements. The apartment has hurricane-proof windows and a skylight. A new tile roof was installed about three years ago.
