**identity verification, security deposit, and rental agreement**
for the safety and protection of both our guests and property, all bookings require the completion of an identity verification, setting up a security deposit, and signing a rental agreement
requirements:
✔ guests must be 21+ to book
✔ identity verification: you’ll receive an email from unlock stays to complete a secure identity verification process through our third-party provider, chargeautomation (know your guest inc). This must be completed prior to check-in.
✔ security deposit: a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 2 days before check-in and released within 3 days post-departure, provided there are no damages or losses
✔ rental agreement: a signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking
once these steps are completed, you will have access to your personalized portal and guidebook This guidebook provides essential information, including parking instructions, amenities, local recommendations, and more. You’ll also have the option to request early or late check-in through the portal.

there are strict quiet hours within the neighborhood from 10:00 pm. to 7:00 a.m. EST. Therefore, outdoor amenities are closed at 10:30 p.m. from Monday through Thursday and at 12:30 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Neighborhood watch manager lives next door.
early check-ins
guests can request early check-ins within two days of their arrival Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am.
late check-outs
guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.
**guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $300 fee This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. **
**non-refundable pet fee: $85 per dog, per stay A refundable damage deposit of $150 per pet is due before check-in. Per stay, a maximum of two dogs (up to 35 pounds) are permitted. (Please include breed, weight, and size in your booking request.)
** we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with unlock stay properties; hence, our home security systems include entry sensors and an active, recording audio and video device at the front door Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Tampering includes but is not limited to: covering, blocking, turning, or removing. This also includes our doorbells. Any tampering with devices will result in an immediate non-refundable cancellation of your stay. There is NO surveillance located inside the home..
