this 1937 print shop sits between chicago river & forest preserves with trails & river walks to enjoy3.5 miles to the beach, near Lake Shore Drive & 90/94, grocers, restaurants, parks, and waterfalls, and many things to do. 2-bed, 2-bath home with open kitchen-living, fully equipped kitchen, 9’ x 15’ HD projector. Very private patio with illuminating sofa and cocktail table. walking & bike paths. Great space for a Urban vacation in nature or rent the space for fitness classes, cooking classes, photoshoots, rehearsal space, or intimate gatherings.
the front bathroom has a shower room with double shower heads and lots of room to relax There is some traffic that can be heard as it is on a well traveled street, but set it a quiet neighborhood, across from Northeastern University. Great location to travel to other great neighborhoods nearby like Andersonville, “little India” on Devon, Roger’s Park with Pratt beach, Lincoln Square, and even not too far from downtown areas of Wicker Pk, Lincoln Pk, Millennium Pk, River North, and Gold Coast.
there is free parking on opposite side of street at all times The south side of the street the house is on is zoned no parking during some hours, but is NOT zoned after 8pm during the week days, and on weekends and so you can park there during Un- zoned hours on west side & anytime on east side of the street.

We strive for the highest standards but the yard is uncovered. The yard is fully fenced in concrete patio.it'smog friendly but we do ask you cleanup after your pet, and there is a garden hose by the grill if needed.minated with no refund..
