no smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
no illegal substances or activities on the premises
pets must be approved in advance We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
if the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs
early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
