Both bathrooms have bathtubs, perfect for the kids (or adults!) to soak after a long adventure in the Sequoia! The garage will fit a large truck or SUV. Light, bright, and airy, this is the perfect home base for all your adventures while in town.

north of main street, this funky craftsmen style home is one of the most beautiful historic homes in the area! 5 minutes or less drive to some of visalia's finest restaurants, boutiques, rawhide stadium, redwood highschool, lj williams, and the fox theater Under 45 minutes to the entrance of Sequoia National Park! Surrounding towns include Exeter, Tulare, Hanford/Lemoore, and Kingsburg. Just over half an hour to Fresno and Fresno Yosemite Airport.

1 Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2 Honesty is the best policy! Max occupancy is 6 after 4 guests, $20 per person, per night. The correct number of guests must be disclosed. An additional child may sleep on the couch, but we don't believe more than this would be comfortable.Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are welcome! $100 pet fee. 2 pets max.
3 No parties! Please respect our ranch as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4 Be respectful! Please drive slowly down the lane. Park in the designated parking space by the sign, please don't block the garage. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
