Catch a concert at Humphrey's by the Bay or enjoy local sport fishing and sailing. Just a short uber ride to the airport or downtown. you'll love the area!
this home is a vintage spanish style home It features three bedrooms and a bathroom with oversized shower. The home does have a fireplace but we do not supply wood. It has a smart heating system throughout and AC units in bedroom windows. You are welcome to use the seating area outside but we do not supply propane for the BBQ.
full kitchen has many appliances and gadgets except, there is no dishwasher We do have a microwave, a stove and range, large refrigerator and plenty of dishes and utensils..
walking distance to sushi, mexican food, coffee shops and fish restaurants Short uber ride from the airport and everything you'd like to see downtown.
the home is close to shelter island, the san diego yacht club and many sports fishing establishments
