The main living space is upstairs and includes an open concept living/dining area that flows into the kithen with the laundry room and half bathroom off the kitchen. The screened in porch is off the living space and is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a refreshing afternoon cocktail.
the back yard is ideal for entertaining and includes a picnic bench, gas grill, 2 lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower perfect for a quick rinse after a day at the beach! you can enjoy spending time with your dogs here as well with a fully fenced in yard
