our 1 bedroom (loft) and 15 bathroom condo is all about it's location near the heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 5 blocks (less then a 10 minute walk) from Historic Main Street and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries.
there is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features central ac, a washer/dryer and small balcony Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop.

main living space - queen blow up mattress (w/pump), main floor
this home is pet friendly! we allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay)

Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
