Enjoy meals and together time in the open living/kitchen/dining area that centers the home, with multiple seating areas for dining, relaxing, and your favorite games. Provided for your comfort are white noise machines, room darkening blinds, all bedroom linens, bath and beach towels, a smart TV, Sonos speaker, and well appointed kitchen.
location wise, the watercolor cottage is truly unique and offers something for everyone Step out the front door and walk 3 minutes to the right (East) to find the Vic Steimel Waterfront Park, ideal for rock hunting and a cup of coffee as you catch the sunrise. It's also the perfect spot for morning, smooth water SUP rides. In the opposite direction out the front door, another easy 3 minute walk to the public sandy shore of Suttons Bay for an afternoon or evening swim. The Caribbean blue water and sunsets do not disappoint! We're happy to share a garage full of water floats, sand toys, kayaks and life preservers as well.

Cornhole boards, croquet set, and other yard games can be found in the garage.
