Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, newly remodeled en suite Bathroom, and walk-in Closets. Guest Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed and shares a newly remodeled Bathroom with Guest Bedroom 2 which has a double size bed.

Summary: My wife and I just finished a five-month stay in Sherri and Dan’s house and we could not have been happier. Every aspect of our stay was great, from the house itself to the location to the communications with our hosts. As to the house, just look at the pictures - the place is exactly as they portray it. We loved the large great room area adjoining the kitchen but spent a great deal of time in the large, screened lanai, which is complete with couches, dining table and chairs and a television. We were here during covid so this large outdoor area allowed us to have friends over even before we got vaccinated. The kitchen is spacious and we used the gas grill a lot. We also enjoyed watching the various types of birds that would be on and around the lake behind the house. The large garage was a plus as I trailered a motorcycle down and was able to keep it and the trailer in the garage along with our car. We were not all that familiar with the area, so we feel lucky that we picked such a convenient location. Coconut Point mall is less than a mile away. There are restaurants, stores, etc. readily accessible there as well as in surrounding areas. Naples and Fort Myers are short drives. And the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Very restful place to return to. Dan and Sherri were great hosts. They were very considerate of the fact that we had to adjust our arrival date a few times due to medical issues. And whenever we had a question they got right back to us. All in all every aspect of our rental was fantastic.
