the tiny house and garden are entirely private for you, with a private entrance door directly from the historic streets of sintra! simply input the code, and voila, you're in
it's incredibly cozy with a funky decor! but, please understand, it's a magical tiny studio with one bedroom and a "semi-kitchen" included, equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge, all the cutlery, plates, glasses, and a delightfully quirky bathroom featuring a pink guitar chandelier, hundreds of yellow ducks, and smart speaker for you to converse with, commanding it to change the light colors or play your favorite musics while you enjoy a hot shower!
the bed is queen-sized, comfortable, with four pillows, perfect for two people to have a nice relaxing night after a day of exploring sintra especially considering the prime location!
indoors, you have free netflix, hbo max, prime video and disney plus already logged in, you'll also find a ps5, with playstation plus premium account with several games already installed a flat 4k tv screen, and colorful lights that you can change by asking it with voice commands
undoubtedly, the best part of the tiny studio is the garden filled with herbs and trees, three giant disco balls hanging, and a fantastic outdoor movie projector for you to enjoy even while relaxing in the jacuzzi!
the outdoor couch is spacious, and you also have a hammock to unwind in, as well as a superb stone bbq to utilize, complete with a sink on the side
exclusively for you, you have access to your studio (bedroom with kitchenette and tablet for 2), the full bathroom, and garden These are 100% private just for you with an entrance directly from the streets.
however, when booking the tiny house, you can use the same exact code to open the door of the 300-year-old palace right next door, it's literally a 5 second walk Granting you access to all the public areas of the Palace! And you can go there every day of the week any time of the day. This is where I live with my son.

the palace features a large patio with a hot tub, mini-golf, a giant chess game, and numerous seating areas to relax, swing, dine, or read a book Additionally, there's a massive outdoor movie projector and a top varanda surrounding the patio for further enjoyment.
indoors, you'll have access to the gym, snooker table, a grand dining room salon with a mirror table for 24 people adorned with a chandelier crafted from mannequins, two living rooms with fireplaces, a library, and the entire villa is adorned with antiques and unique decorations, some bought in museums
you can freely move inside and outside of the palace every day of the week, at any time, as i reside there! the only restriction is access to the bedrooms and suites, which are secured with different door codes
however, all the public areas are available for my esteemed guests to enjoy at their leisure
you have self-check-in with a code to use on the smart lock, so you can check-in by yourself at any time of the day you wish And you will receive a check-in video as well, so you can learn how to use the house and the smart features. This means you can enjoy your stay without ever needing to see me.
however, i am always available to assist, chat, and interact with my guests (i actualy enjoy that, my son as well) Additionally, I have a private chef who can prepare breakfast upon request, organize dinners, offer cooking classes, and serve the Forbes-winning Sangria.

the tiny house is so centrally located that you can explore everything on foot
please bear in mind that parking in the entire sintra historical village is challenging This UNESCO heritage city is over 1000 years old, and its narrow streets were not designed for parking cars.
the sintra train station is just an 8-minute walk from the tiny house, serving as the main meeting point for most tours and tuk tuks
additionally, you have access to the beach old tram (which is simply amazing!) it will transport you to some of the best beaches in portugal - praia das maçãs, azenhas do mar, or praia da aguda!
first: you will have netflix, hbo max, prime video, disney play and apple tv for free! all these streaming services are already logged in your tv
second: in the palace you might find my dog charlie, it's not a dog, it's kinda of a "horse", charlie is a gigantic great dane (scooby-doo), but he suffers from gigantism, so he might be the biggest dog you will ever seen He weights 91kg, (198 pounds), BUT, he is the Sweetest most amazing Dog ever, you can pet him, and take him with you to your bed for a sleep over. never be afraid of charlie please, he plays with babies, kittens and he's the best dog in the world!
