Allow the peaceful bohemian vibe of Casa Santocha to bring you true relaxation and respite for your Vallarta holiday. Decorated and designed by a professional yogi, relaxation and peace are the very focus at this one of a kind home. Casa Santocha features a large completely stocked kitchen from cooking supplies to organic and vegetarian ingredients and separate dining area and in home washer and dryer. The main level also holds the master suite with ensuite bath where you will enjoy ocean, jungle and sea views. As this is on the main level of the building as well, its is quite accessible for those with mobility issues as long as you dont mind an uber ride to the building itself. The lower level holds the second bedroom along with living area with smart TV to stream your favorites and ensuite bath along with a lovely private patio which is a great place for an evening cocktail or a lounge in the hammock among the delicate ambient lighting and garden. High speed wifi that is paid for 100mbps but normal daytime operating speed is about 80-90 in most cases. This layout is great for 2 couples, friends travelling together or families as it created basically two separate spaces if desired, both equally comfortable. Out to the building common amenities and you will find the rooftop pool, dining area, sun loungers and yoga space where you can view Vallartas; spectacular sunsets and whales. It is shared, but only with three other homes so it is seldom our guests encounter others or find it busy. All with wonderful views of the bay, mountains and surrounding neighborhood. For those with mobility issues or would find it more convenient, the building elevator is available to reach the rooftop areas. Casa Santocha is up a hill but is walkable, depending on temperature, etc or its only a couple dollars up or down and around in the area. The hill is what gives us our views and less hectic hustle and bustle spot, cooling breezes and general lack of mosquitos most of the year! It takes abut 5-7 minute walk down, max, and you are at the Malecon or Mangos Beach Club, around the corner at Barcelona Tapas or any number of local restaurants. 15-20 minutes by foot max to zona romantica once down the hill, its flat all the way. or simply follow the malecon. 10 minutes to the Vallarta Theatre, 15 to Barracuda. Local busses at the base of the street. Peace and tranquility, modern, fully supplied, bright and airy, close to Vallarta favorites and elevated but easy access. Yogi Approved!.
