Enjoy your coffee or cocktail and watch the family play from the screened "Florida room" or one of the 3 patios on the grounds. The owner has thought of everything with an outdoor shower and commode near the pool, so you can rinse off the sand from the beach and/or not miss too much of your game by showering after the pool or before entering the house! The interior of this ranch style home is impeccably appointed with "All New" EVERYTHING! Attractive and comfortable with a King and a Queen Bedroom, each with En-Suite Baths and smart TVs, plus a 3rd Queen BR and a 4th Bedroom which offers 2 Twin Bunk-Beds and and a smart TV. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a full bath. You'll love the luxury mattresses on all the beds and you won't have to rent or bring your own linens. This home comes fully equipped with sheets, towels AND beach towels. The location of this home can't be beat either! Just 3.2 miles to Rehoboth's Beaches and Boardwalk, you'll love being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, while still being less than a mile from grocery and liquor stores, Wal-Mart and a multitude of restaurants! You can split your time between the beach, the beautiful state parks, bike trails, nearby waterparks and mini-golf courses, tax-free premium shopping outlets AND just relaxing, swimming and playing at your own "private compound". When you do venture to the beaches, eateries and unique shops in Rehoboth, the owner has graciously provided 2 valuable Rehoboth Beach parking permits so you don't have to pay the meters! The owner also included indoor board games for the occasional rainy day! This home is perfect for off-season stays as well, as the pool offers optional heating, ($100 per day for heat). Guests pay a minimum $300 non-refundable dog fee with signed addendum and a cleaning fee for every stay. (Sorry, no cats.) Please limit dogs to grassy field and patio area; Dogs not permitted in pool/sport court area. Ring doorbell and security cameras around exterior of property.
