Positive: The views were fantastic, locality to ochi rios centre near,
Negative: The property was dated and needs to be shut down and refurbished, as wires were hanging out the wall and balcony rails had very rotten rails which are dangerous, paint chipping and peeling in rhe balconys and patio area, patio furniture, needs replacing as chipped and not stable, paint pots were in the wardrobe, ladder under the bed, kitchen tap loose, pots and pans very old, plates, cups had chips on them, and a limited amount, Also in bathroom of lounge it kept flooding whilst showing as shower curtain was not waterproof, wash sink did nit allow water to drain properly l, bathroom two , sink loose and tap loose, which was problematic, access to the property challenging
