we are able to accommodate 6 guests Pet-friendly for an additional pet fee of $100! The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.
*please do not try to hide the fact of bringing a pet This impacts our cleaning protocol and we will need to pay our cleaner an additional fee for extra cleaning. We would much rather you be honest and upfront than find out from our cleaner or see on our ring camera later.

the pool cover needs to stay on to maintain the pool heater temp The pool heater alone will not hold temp in colder weather. The heater can only hold heat to 20 degrees above ambient temperature. **We will only run the pool heater from October to May.**

cozy and luxe, you'll feel comfortable and relaxed in our stylish living room space Enjoy watching the 60-inch ROKU TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal log-in. please note, that the fireplace is off-limits for burning!

a dining table for 6 is in the kitchen The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.

violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with no refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action
