Enjoy the ground floor pool room with pool table, dining table and family room or set up on the covered porch off the main family room and enjoy the ocean breezes! Nestled one lot back from the beach, this beach house has great ocean views! No expense spared in this great design for family fun! Please enjoy your stay at Tybee Island. $500 pet fee allows for up to 2 medium sized dogs with a combined weight limit of both dogs not to exceed 150 pounds Any variance beyond these limits require approval by management and will be subject to additional fees which much be agreed upon and paid prior to check-in.
