the ground-floor level of this home is all about entertainment with a well-equipped and spacious game room You'll find a full-size pool table, Ping-Pong table, dartboard, and a media corner with a large flatscreen Smart TV. This level also offers a bedroom with bunk beds, a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, partial A/C units throughout, and access to a covered waterfront patio with a wood porch swing.
